Annves Due Diligence Policy
Introduction:
Annves LLC (“Annves” or “Company”) is committed to mitigating the risk of financial crime and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. This Due Diligence Policy (“Policy”) is intended to set out the measures that Annves takes to identify, assess and manage money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, and other financial crimes risks associated with its business activities.
Purpose:
The purpose of this policy is to establish a framework for conducting customer due diligence, including the identification and verification of customers, as well as ongoing monitoring of customer activity.
Scope:
This policy applies to all customers of Annves and covers all products and services provided by the Company.
Due Diligence Procedures:
- Identification and Verification of Customers: Annves will identify and verify the identity of all customers using reliable, independent source documents, data or information. The Company will collect the following information:
• Full Name • Residential Address • Date of Birth • Government-issued identification number • Source of Funds
Enhanced Due Diligence: Annves will conduct enhanced due diligence on higher-risk customers, including but not limited to, politically exposed persons (PEPs), high-risk jurisdictions, and those involved in higher-risk activities.
Ongoing Monitoring: Annves will monitor customer transactions and activity for suspicious patterns and will conduct periodic reviews of customer information to ensure the information on file remains accurate and up-to-date.
Record Keeping: Annves will maintain records of all customer due diligence measures and transactions for at least 5 years after the end of the business relationship.
Training and Awareness: Annves will provide regular training to employees on this policy and other relevant anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing regulations, and will raise awareness of the risks associated with financial crime.
