Source of Funds Policy for Annves
Annves takes its commitment to combat financial crime, including money laundering and terrorist financing, seriously. As such, we have established a source of funds policy that outlines our expectations of our customers when it comes to providing information about the source of their funds.
The purpose of our source of funds policy is to ensure that we comply with legal and regulatory requirements, mitigate financial crime risks, and maintain the trust of our customers and stakeholders. Our policy requires that customers provide accurate and complete information about the source of their funds when requested.
When we ask for information about the source of funds, customers must provide documents and/or evidence that support their claims. We may ask for bank statements, pay stubs, tax returns, or other relevant documents.
In some cases, we may need to engage with third-party service providers to conduct additional due diligence or investigation to verify the source of funds. In such cases, we may need to delay or deny a transaction until we have received satisfactory information.
Annves reserves the right to refuse to do business with customers who fail to provide satisfactory information about the source of their funds or whose funds are associated with illegal or suspicious activities. We may also report suspicious activities to relevant authorities as required by law.
We will regularly review and update our source of funds policy to ensure it remains effective in mitigating financial crime risks and meets legal and regulatory requirements.
